This is Mexico's elite credit card transaction file. It is updated monthly via New credit card transactions. About 25M brand new names are added each month. The list is selectable by Economic Level:

Economic level C+    2,830,000

The list is about 57% male and 43% female. The usage on this List in Mexico is extensive, and is the reason it has earned the Title of being the "Elite" credit card transaction file. Current Continuations include American Express, Autofinanciamiento Total, Proctor and Gamble Mexico, Hewlett Packard, Gas Natural Mexico, Pacifica Resort Ixtapa, and Compania Mexicana de Turismo among many others.

STANDARD TERMS
A sample mail piece is required for list owner approval. A List Rental Agreement is required for each new mailer, and remains in place for one year's duration.
