With more than 55,000 lists on the market today, a sophisticated approach to identifying and recommending list options based on client criteria is an absolute essential. Most list brokers do this using the most basic tools available -- spreadsheets, notepads and frenetic phone calls to List Managers. Infocore personnel clarify the key list attributes with their clients based on a thorough understanding of the marketing objectives, and then enter these features and weightings into i-LRS. The Infocore team then does their extensive search, and as viable lists are selected, each gets numerically ranked based on how well they align with each attribute and associated weight that the client has selected. Infocore can then deliver its recommendations with relevancy rankings associated with each list, allowing clients to quickly scan and key in on the lists most likely to provide them with success. i-LRS is also flexible. - Online Reco Review
Instead of sorting through complex and difficult to manage spreadsheets filled with tiny data fields spanning pages of output, MyInfocore users can review Infocore recos online, in an interactive, sortable, real-time format. Recommended options can be viewed in summary mode, or with full details as the user desires. Clients can also re-set their list attributes weightings on the spot and i-LRS will re-assign rankings in real time, supporting and expediting the decision making process. Again, this is only available from Infocore.
- Online Ordering
Having thoroughly reviewed and assessed Infocore recos, MyInfocore users can select those lists which meet their criteria and, if they wish, place their orders on the spot for immediate processing. Of course Infocore personnel remain available for telephone ordering, but for clients who prefer this method, Infocore can now offer this unique, convenient service.
- Favorites
During the review and assessment process, MyInfocore users can also designate individual lists as Favorites, so they can go back and review these preferred lists at any time and store and access them conveniently.
- Feedback
As lists are deployed or tested, the MyInfocore system offers a collaborative feedback platform so that clients can submit comments, suggestions and results information to the Infocore team, ensuring that their preferences and results are received and integrated into all future consultations and recos.
- Previous Recos
To manage the sometimes huge list of previously recommended list options, MyInfocore offers a special area for clients to scan lists that were recommended but not utilized for previous campaigns, making the review process for new or revised campaigns significantly more efficient.
- New List Suggestions
As Infocore specialists come across new lists or see existing recos that may become newly viable list options, these lists are posted to a special 'New Lists Suggestions' area on the MyInfocore interface to draw client's attention to these important options.
